Parent Resources

At NBY we see ourselves as partners to parents. We believe that God has given the primary responsibility for children to their parents. This resources page is an attempt to empower and inform you parents. The call to disciple kids is messy, awesome and daunting. We don’t always know where to start and we often feel unqualified for the task. We hope that this resource will give you a place to start your epic journey. We will periodically update this page as we continue to read and research youth culture and discipleship methods.

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Deut. 6

If there are any topics that we haven‘t covered or that you’d like more information about or if you have any general questions about youth/parenting, feel free to ask us!
